Visitor asks
A visitor puts a question to one of your assistants, recorded as they asked it.
Conversion Analytics Assistant
Your assistants are already having the conversations. This is where you read them, on a dashboard that fills as they happen. What you see there is what to change next.
Visitor behaviour
The Conversion Analytics Assistant keeps every question your visitors asked and the point each conversation stopped at, together with what was happening at that point. That is where the reason sits, and it is the part you can change.
Everything is recorded for you. Reading it stays with your team, which is the part that takes judgement and not much time.
These are among the things it puts in front of you.
From conversation to change
A visitor puts a question to one of your assistants, recorded as they asked it.
The record keeps the point it stopped at and the situation around it.
The same questions and the same stopping points repeat, and the dashboard shows them as they arrive.
You change the answer, or the commercial rule behind it, then watch the same point again.
One session
Like every module, the Conversion Analytics Assistant starts with a session with your General Manager or Head of Revenue. This one asks what you want to find out: which questions you would want to know are being asked, and what you would change if you knew. That is what the dashboard is built around.
Switching it on is straightforward. It sits alongside your assistants, so from the first day it holds what they see. How much further it can see depends on what your hotel is able to feed it, and that grows as you go.
Questions hotel owners ask
It is the fourth module. It comes with any of the three assistants, and a hotel can also take it on its own.
Those live in your booking systems and stay there. This shows the visitor side: what was asked, and where the conversation stopped.
From the conversations your assistants have. That is what it reads.
The time is recorded with each conversation. It matters most when your visitors are booking from other time zones than your reservation desk.
Little, where it is reading your own assistants. Anything beyond that is what the session works through.
Your General Manager and Head of Revenue. It is written to be acted on.
